1. Agreement

By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms govern all transactions between SCR Solutions Pte Ltd (“the Company”) and the Buyer.

2. Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. Prices are confirmed at time of order and may change without prior notice for future orders. The Company reserves the right to decline any order.

3. Buyer’s Responsibility

The Buyer is solely responsible for verifying that products ordered are compatible with its vessels, equipment, and systems, and that all applicable maritime regulations are satisfied. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from the Buyer’s failure to verify suitability.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only. The Company is not liable for delays caused by logistics, customs, port restrictions, or force majeure. Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery.

5. Payment

Payment terms are as agreed in the purchase order or invoice. Overdue amounts attract interest at 1.5% per month. The Company reserves the right to suspend supply for overdue accounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied in the relevant transaction. The Company is not liable for consequential, indirect, or special losses of any nature.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
