Return & Refund Policy
All sales are conducted on a commercial basis. Please read this policy before placing an order.
Important: By completing a purchase, the Buyer confirms it has independently verified that the product is suitable for its intended application prior to ordering. Returns will not be accepted on the basis of unsuitability unless a verified product defect is established.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all commercial transactions between MarineUrea / SCR Solutions Pte Ltd (“the Company”) and the purchasing party (“the Buyer”). All sales are B2B. Consumer protection legislation for retail consumers does not apply.
2. Buyer’s Responsibility
The Buyer is solely responsible for verifying, prior to ordering, that the product specification, grade, and concentration meet its operational, regulatory, and equipment requirements. The Company provides product information in good faith but makes no warranty of suitability for any specific application.
3. All Sales Final
As a general rule, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted once goods have been delivered and accepted. This includes change of mind, ordering error, incompatibility, or improper use after delivery.
4. Limited Exceptions
A return or replacement may be considered only where: (a) wrong product was delivered; (b) quantity delivered is less than confirmed; or (c) a verified product defect is established by an accredited laboratory.
5. Conditions for Return Requests
Any claim must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery, with documentary evidence. Products must remain in original, unopened, uncontaminated condition. The Company reserves the right to inspect before authorising any return.
